that is a great hat. i'm gonna start working on it sometime this week. i have the perfect yarn for it.

 

on the pattern in the brim its supposed to read rows 3-6 right? says 60 i dont think its 60 rows, just making sure though.

Yes, it is 60 rows! The brim is crocheted from side to side al the way around the head. Then crochet one edge of the brim to the hat. I hope you understand my explanation.
