My First Completed Project

After starting a purse along when first beginning to learn crochet, I never ended up making a purse for that. (Shame on me.) Others; however, did make beautiful purses. But I have now FINALLY completed my first project. I have made a hat. It is worked in Alpaca with no pattern and a g hook all double crochet. Photos of every angle curtesy of my Dad.

The hat that I made the other day looks similar, but it goes further down on my forehead. It was my first as well. I made mine with two strands, so it is thicker. But I like yours better. Maybe I will try mine with one strand.
