This little piggy stayed home...

I wanted to find a little pig to make for my grandma as she loves them. I found KristieMN's adorable little guy in the free pattern section and whipped him up. Of course, my dd has already claimed this one, so I will have to make another. I was very amazed at how quickly you get better at these. I'm fairly new to the whole crochet thing and the cat I made first (two days ago) was embarassing! I did something wrong with the stitch and he looked pretty funky! The 2nd thing I made was a couple of the tiny turtles. I sent those as part of a baby shower gift, and didn't take pics of them first. I did promise one of those to dd though, and will take pics when I make him. Thanks for looking.

Thank you all for the compliments. I am pretty proud of him. I should have listened to previous people and pinned the legs on, because they were a little funky, but I think it all worked out. I think I'll m ake the one for my grandma winking. haha...I think she'll get a kick out of that.
