I use the Lion Brand Jiffy backpack pattern (it's free) and then decorate it accordingly.

I've made another "spider" backpack and a design for a lady previously.

I think it turned out ok...I think it looked a bit better before I added the inner circles. Should have made it more oval overall than round...oh well.
