Afghan for a friend's mother

This afghan was made for my friend's mother to keep her warm since she was going through dialysis and was always cold as a result. She loved it! It's not perfect since it was my first ever but I am still proud of myself since I powered through my severe depression to finish it. It proves to me that I can accomplish good things and make others smile 😊
