Nativities

Here are some Nativity scenes I made this year for my friends.

Except for crocheted parts there are some significiant parts too: the wooden stand is a piece of branch from the tree cut next to my school and the cones are from my garden.

But the Baby Jesus in a nut shell is always the biggest hit 👼

Thank you! My own one has also shepherds and monarchs, and a donkey and sheep and an ox - but I should work on animals because they are almost bigger than Mary and Joseph... 😁

I showed your photos to dh today. I told him how nice your scene looked and that I want him to cut me some wood for next year gifts.  Did you use a pattern for Mary and Joseph’s outfits?

Thank you!

No, I didn't use the pattern. I was trying,  checking, undoing, trying again... It was more difficult with the first figure, but then it's easy. Using the pattern is good if you have exactly the same peg dolls as stated in the pattern.

Ok. Thank you. I’ll look around and see what I might use. 🙂
