Rosalie's Ring Around the Rosie Vest

I saw this pattern and I knew this would be perfect or my favorite "Rosie"! I went to Michael's yesterday and got a couple skeins of the new Caron Cakes yarn. This particular color is Cherry Chip. 

She has been asking since yesterday if her "coat" was done, so she was absolutely delighted when I told her today that it was. 

It's so easy to do! I did have a problem with part of the pattern, but after ripping row 9 apart the 3rd time I finally figured it out.. The instructions weren't exactly easy to understand in that particular part, mainly because it's worded a little differently than I'm used to. 

 

Oh, and I guess I should mention that the pattern came from The Lavender Chair. And there's also a matching Adult version, so I plan to make another one for myself so we can have a 'Mommy and Me Matching Set!'

She's 3 1/2 going on 13! Lol. So sassy and SUCH an attitude already. 

She's so upset that she can't get on the bus every morning with the boys to go to school, and I am having the HARDEST time finding a preschool around here that doesn't charge $300+ a week for class! Not to mention, that's half days 3 days a week too.

I was looking at this pattern to make and as I was searching for patterns there is a pattern to add sleeves to the vest. You did a great on it and your daughter is adorable.
