I so wanted to try a watermelon set (similar to my strawberry set) and so I finally got it done.

 

the yarn is Mary Maxim Big Ball and is about a 3.5 wt instead of a 4.

the dress is a variation of the Sugar and Spice dress and because the yarn wt is lower the dress is a newborn size instead of the 6mo version I got w/  :heart

 

I am thinking that it might be fun to try a whole fruit basket of baby patterns this year.
