Preemie Dress

A co-workers had a grand baby girl this past weekend who is 4 pounds so I am making baby clothes etc for them....Trust me preemie is hard to visualize sizing lol...Here is a link to the pattern I used.....

I checked out your blog. Nice going there. I love the little Angel Wing Dress you posted. Did you add anything to the sleeve area so it doesn't look as flat as the original pattern?
