Greetings From Ohio!!!

Hi everyone! I too have been lurking about for a week or two. Looking forward to making Lots of great crochet friends.

 

My grandma (who passed away 11 yrs ago) started teaching me how to crochet when I was 8 yrs old (1981). Started out just making chain necklaces and bracelets which appeased me for awhile, then stepped it up to hot pad.

 

I now mainly make baby blankets, thread crochet ornaments, thread namesake doilies, and I've tried a sweater once (with not so good results). My next project i think is the Monster-in-Law poncho on Lion brands website. I'll keep you posted.
