Tote Bags

Here are two totes that I have done recently. They are done with Sinfonia mercerized cotton. Thanks for looking!

Cathy does the sinfonia soften after it's been washed? Seemed really coarse when I felt some in the store.

Sinfonia is not as soft or maybe the word I want is plushy as say Peaches and Cream, but it truly does not work up into a stiff item. All the sweaters and tops I've made with it are very drapey. Also it's not as bulky as some cottons, which I like. I think it holds it's shape well and does not fade. I've made some dishcloths out of it and have washed them numerous times and it's still the same color. I love it, but everyone's different.

Thanks Sue! I used my Edgery Doo to make the holes in the fabric and then used the cotton yarn to sew it in with a yarn needle.
