My Little Coffee Cup Pin Cushion

I needed a pin cushion to keep next to chair where I crochet so I had somewhere to stick the safety pins I use for markers and I chose The Little Tea Cup pattern by Lion Brand, but omitted the tea bag, so now it is a coffee cup.

I changed the way the handle was put on to make it look more like a real cup. I actually went and looked at my coffee cups to see how the handles looked.

Also note, the pattern says to sew the handle on last, I sewed it on first when there was no stuffing in the cup so that I could shape it the way I wanted. Made no sense to attempt to sew it on last.

Thank you for the high compliment. I usually end up changing most patterns in some little way, this one was adding the striped and changing the handle.
