My 9yr old wanted me to make something small for him to give to his teacher just because he likes her so much.. and to say thank you for letting him bring home the class guinea pig for the weekend..............so I made the gold star coaster for her desk. He was super excited and cant wait to give it to her tomorrow.

I may make more of these for Teachers... they are quick and a neat idea.

I Love the idea of giving the teacher a gold star! I also love the idea of a little guy who is so sweet and thoughtful.

I thought it might make for a fun different gift! :hook

All my kids have big hearts... but it sure is cute to watch the youngest express his tenderness.

Thanks............ and yep... she did! He gave it to her today and she thought it was really cool! He told her she gets a gold star for being the best teacher ever............... he is so cute!

 

Great idea -- so different from what teachers often get. And your wee one is so sweet to want to give his teacher a present!

If it was left up to my kids... they would have me buried in a to-do list of gifts for people. :yes
