Chunky Scarves

I made these two scarves using the Deborah Norville Serenity Chunky yarn, which by the way, is AWESOME! I can't believe how soft it is and how nicely it works up. I just wish Joann's would keep it in stock. After the sale last week, there is nothing left, and there was not much there when the sale started. Luckily I did manage to get several of the printed skeins which have a great subtle striping when worked up. These were single crocheted with an "N" hook.

I love the way the striping turned out! Those both turned out so pretty! I haven't tried that yarn but will have to find some now.

I agree, on this yarn. I made a pair of mittens out of it and they are so warm and soft. I totally recommend it. And you are are right about JoAnns keeping it in stock. I know, mine did not have that blue because I would have bought it in a second~!

Love your scarves...I'm having the same problem with Joanne's. There has been 1 skein of red in the bin for weeks. I need 2 for a nice long scarf...I have made a couple and they do work up nicely.

Love the scarves. I've complete 3 scarves and working on another plus a shawl. When I'm done them all, I'll post the pics.
