  1. I updated my blog recently with what inspires my crochet work. http://patcreates.wordpress.com/2012/07/24/inspiration-3/
  2. I tend towards mostly hats, although I do like making other things as well.
  3. Lion Brand website has some flower patterns as well in the stitch finder section of their website. http://cache.lionbrand.com/cgi-bin/faq-search.cgi?store=/stores/eyarn&stitchfinder=1&utm_source=Learning-Center&utm_medium=Stitch-Finder&utm_campaign=TopNav
  4. Looks great! The colors work really nice together. Do you like the Impeccable yarn? I have just started using it for a lot of my items.
  5. Looks great! Nice and cozy.
  6. I was doing some searches on yahoo and came across the link for Crochetville and realized I hadn't been here in a very long time! I logged in and it said my last log in was November 2011! I confess that I have been hanging out a lot on Ravelry, but I am realizing that I missing out on so much more crochet conversation here! Quick bio: age 46, married for 24 years, 2 boys ages 22 (just graduated college!) and 11 and crocheting for 3.5 years. Glad to be back!
  7. Congratulations! I was just looking at this while looking for patterns for "With Love".
  8. Updated with some bookmarks that I have been trying out. Link in my signature.
  9. These are 3 hats that I have made recently. They are all Linda Permann patterns from various issues of Crochet Today Magazine. They are Beginner Beret, Raspberry Beret and 2-Hour Hat.
  10. Thanks everyone! Julie, I chained 32 with a size H hook.
  11. Ok, here is the Ume Blossom color from Bernat Handicrafter. I am so in love with this color combo and totally addicted to Bernat Handicrafter! I used the Eccentric Stitch again.
  12. I was at Joann's today to check out the yarn section. They have been adding some new yarns. I noticed some different colors of the Bernat Handicrafter that I had not seen before. I bought "Ume Blossom" colorway which is light pink, dark pink, green and off white. I checked on Bernat's site but could not find this colorway so either it is really new, or discontinued. LOL I will probably get something made in the next few days because I can't wait to see how it works up.
  13. Beautiful work Heather! I love them all!
  14. I bought a new book the other day called "63 Sampler Stitches to Crochet" by Darla Sims. I tried the "Eccentric Stitch" on a dishcloth and I really like the way it came out. It gives the dishcloth a bit more texture.
