Congratulations on the new additions! Have you had to hold her paw? I had a cat that used to want us to rub her belly between contractions, and insisted on having the babies on our bed lying between us.

hahaha...that title made me think of me! i took my crochet bag to the hospital with me when i went into labor! i figured i'd at least make a few dishcloths since i'd be there for awhile.

turns out....i didn't have time. my labor was complicated unexpectedly.

 

but i was prepared nonetheless! hahaha.

Who's more nervous, you, or the mommy giving birth? Sounds like you need to boil some water, in between crochet stitches. Best wishes to you and the newborn pups. I bet they are adorable. I love retrievers. Maybe you could post pics of the babes????
