I'm getting a crocheted treasure!

While visiting with my cousin last week she offered me some squares made by our grandmother. She's had them in storage for years and isn't going to do anything with them. The last thing Grandma made was my wedding afghan about 25 years ago. The squares will be much older! I don't know what color they are or how many there are but they will probably be something like RHSS or similar. I'm so excited to see them! What will I make? A bag or a bedspread? Grandma died about 15 years ago so this feels like a little hug from beyond.

When my Mom passed a few years ago I got alot of her yarn and hooks because I was the only one who crocheted on a regular basis. Along with this stuff there were a few UFO's.....

 

I finished a few of them up and now I have a few blankets to give my grandkids (when I have them) that are treasures.
