Felted snowman gift bag

Here is a felted snowman that I gave away at Christmas to various people. I put candy in some, others I put an assortment of personal items (lotion, chapstick, tissues, etc) in it. They were a great hit!

 

 

This is my own pattern. I used Paton's classic merino and the features were needlefelted on. The details are a little hard to see in this picture. The top has a drawstring.

How cute! How is the needle felting? I've never tried it, but it looks like it'd be great for small details like this, much faster and easier. Cute! Patty
