Well... I'm not sure just what this will be when it grows up.... I'm thinking probably a belt. It was done on a hairpin lace loom. I've been having all sorts of fun with the loom.

belt or stap to a purse, you could also use it as a base for a wall hanging to put dried herbs/flowers.

Since I posted that picture I've added some fringe to both ends, so right now it's a belt/sash... although a hippy headband would work also.

 

I'll try to take a couple more pictures and post them.
