I bought this lovely apple green chenille some months back and didn't know what to make with it, since it was 2000ypp....very thin. Then my dear friend, Heather, sent my daughter a wonderful pattern book with this on the cover. I used three strands of yarn. The chenille gives it a wonderful weight-i-ness (no such word probably, lol) and it works up super fast...I made up one more round to make it big enough.

Cute. I have some chenille- really thin yellow and some really really thin blue. That inspires me!

I wound three strands together and weighed it. The pattern called for 4oz, but I only used about 2/3 of that. I have tons more of that thickness chenille, so I am thinking of designing a vest or cardi out of some doiley patterns joined together. Fingers crossed!
