Hello from Texas

Hello all. Just joined and looking forward to getting to know you all. I live in a suburb of Houston. Been crocheting over 40 years. My Mom taught me when I was quite young, about 5 I think. Grandma, Great Grandmother also crocheted, probably back from there as well. I have always felt so alone with crocheting, seems like many more knitters out there. Don't know why I never thought to look for crochet groups on the web, but just did last month and am really glad I did.

I have two sons, 9 and 15 and of course my DH. I work full time, and crochet has always been my stress reliever. I find myself crocheting more and more lately (stress level up past few years), but the results are great. My family and friends love the homemade gifts. Anyway, glad to have found you all.
