Nativity

Finally I took pictures of my Nativity figures. I used wooden peg dolls so kids can play with them and I'm not afraid they could destroy my work 

Last year I crocheted just Mary, Joseph, Baby Jesus, an angel and a donkey and an ox. But when I got the wooden figures it turned out they are smaller. So when I made the wise men, they looked like Joseph's little sons  So I decided to make all the new figures. That's why the donkey looks  huge... I'll work on more animals next year. But look - the shepherds don't have sheep, but they have bonfire!

What an adorable scene!  I love the details, the tiny bags the wise men hold, the baby Jesus in a nutshell.  The bonfire is really a great idea!
