Finally finished this 6 week project. The moirae shawl pattern from crochetgarden.com

This is a birthday gift for my friend in ga. 1st item I have ever blocked I am somewhat ashamed to admit.

It wasn't as intimidating as I always thought it would be. It was too wide to get a picture of the whole thing.

It's gorgeous! Such a pretty border! I'm always hesitant about patterns that use lace weight yarn and that have to be blocked. It was certainly worth the effort.
