Halloween costume

This year, Little Viking was Emmet from the Lego Movie. I got a sample in at work that came in a tall box, that looked like the perfect size for a preschooler Piece of Resistance, and it all grew from there.... I found real reflective tape online and everything (from a safety point of view, this costume was GREAT! all bright orange a covered with reflective tape.... )

 

I made the pants from a pjs pattern I have, but the vest was all me making pieces up! I was pretty proud of how it came out!

 

Sigh... Maybe someday C'ville will be able to handle vertical format images! Unfortunately, that's about all I've got.

He was ecstatic! It was all we could do to keep him from going to bed wearing the Piece of Resistance on his back.
