Returning Member and Absentee Crocheter

Hello my old and new crochet friends. It has been so long since I have been able to crochet and even longer since I've posted here. So much has happened. I had/have carpal tunnel and the pain has been too much for me when it comes to crocheting, knitting, or typing. However, I found great wrist bands at CVS and they have been helping. In addition, teaching has been too time consuming. Between Graduate School, teaching, planning, and grading papers, life ha sleft little time for anything else.

 

However, I have been able to read blogs: CONGRATS to all the pregnant ladies. I am so excited. Especially since I have joined the ranks!!!! After suffering a miscarriage and some minor problems, DH and i are pregnant. I am 7 weeks, 4 days. I have crocheted some pretty cool stuff for our baby too and as soon as I can, I will update my yarn blog at http://myyarncandy.com/blog. Well, it's great to be back and I promise to visit more.
