Rose earwarmers - Halloween Surprise!

I've been working recently with a rose motif (so much fun), working up various things. When I found out my little sister was planning to be Lady Death for Halloween (don't ask me ) I had an idea!

 

So I made some earwarmers with roses on the ears for her. This will go wonderfully with her black velvet cloak, but it's a total surprise to her, so I can't post about it on my blog until she gets it, because she reads there! Not here, though.

 

So here it is - I think it's pretty cool...

There's no pattern, yet, just some scribbled notes on a piece of paper. I'll get back to it someday, I swear! Just, right after I finish what I'm doing noooow...

Marvellous! Absolutely awesome! I like them very much. Since it's getting cold, I wish I had thought of making myself earwarmers in time, too.
