Lattice Hat and Scarf

I made a lattice hat using this pattern: http://www.rheatheylia.com/index.php?page=patterns&id=3 ............ except I switched it up a bit by changing up the colors so that the lattice portion was in black and the background was red. I also adding metal beading so that there were beads at the intersections of the lattice pattern.

 

Then I figured, what the heck, why stop there? So I used the same stitch pattern to make a matching scarf.

 

126 beads in the cap, and 552 beads in the scarf! In person, the beads come across as metal studs.
