Look What I Got Today At Thrift Shop

Recommended Posts

:cheer:cheer:cheerLookie here what i got today at our local thrift shop ...

Only 1.00 each...

I got these three wood crochet hooks.

One is BIG and round and Fat it more like a ornamental show piece hook as I dont see how any one can crochet with it....

The other 2 one is a N hook and the other I dont know...

They were carved by some one and I just had to get them...

They are not a Jimbo Hook but i'm sure they were made with lots of love...

The huge one says Heavy Duty on it....

If the photos dont come out good I will take better ones tomorrow..

Hugs

Lillibet

Thank you ladies :

The picture of the really big one is no comparision to the photo.

This big hook I can wrap my hand all around it thats how fat it is

In the photo is looks skinny but its not.

Its Fatter than one of them JUMBO Pencils sold at stores and at souvenirs shops so imagine...

I have one like that that someone made for rugs too. It is hard to work with though takes geting use to. I've seen a S one on eBay that was big but not sure if it was as big as yours.

Crochet Cabana has some info on large ones too that is interesting.

The one with the divot taken out just next to the head. Interesting. Did you try to crochet with it? What was it like??
