I decided to make some spa baskets for Christmas and try my hand at felting them. This is my test bowl. I used Patons Classic Wool in Rosewood. I put a picot stitch edge at the top. I washed it and when I looked in the washer....WOW!!! :yayHow cool is that??? Why didn't someone tell me how fun this is? It's like magic! It looks like cotton candy.

 

I started a spa basket from the Crochet Dude and I am so eager to felt it.

That looks great! I too fell in love with felting last month when I felted my first tote. It's so much fun, enjoy making your bowls, they are pretty.

Addictive, isn't it? I love the way the Rosewood color comes out in particular and have used it several times.
