Invisible Decrease - Fabulous!

I've done this before but I've yet to consider using it in pattern writing until recently. I think our crafty crocheters of the modern era are really showing off how innovative they can be with stitches. It encourages me to want to do the same when I write. I have a bag coming out soon that uses a similar idea to make a decrease after a series of short rows. I'm hoping with the good pictures I've provided that it'll be a breeze.

Yay! I'm so glad you're finding it useful too - it's totally revolutionized my crocheting! Decreasing was the one part I just couldn't do neatly enough until I discovered this technique :)

How very clever! I wish I'd have known about this technique last week when I was making a stuffed bear.

 

I'm a lefty who crochets as a righty so the instructions don't really apply to me, but it's nice to see that we're given some consideration.
