Thanks for sharing this - I really like it in the white. Early when I went to michaels I saw a purple tree -- thinking I might make ours this year in lavender? Something I might keep up longer than the holidays - maybe making it a seasonal tree?

I also like the idea of a seasonal tree. Maybe little eggs on it for Easter, Hearts for Valetines day, ect.. Sounds like alot of fun!!!:cheer

Oh my gosh I am amazed at all the people making my tree. It makes me feel good to know it is liked by so many. I love seeing all the pictures and ideas for different holidays too, thanks so much for all the kind words.

Hi everyone thanks for all the kind words on my pattern I appreciate them so much as it's not easy writing patterns that will be liked. I was just wondering if anyone has any other remarks on my pattern as I have seen a negative review of it by some one who changed it to make it less full criticizing mine and don't think it's fair but then I like the pattern full the way it is. LOL sorry removed it from there but not here because of trouble being given there repetedly.

Hi sarisue ~ First, I just wanted to say that I hope you were not "inviting" criticism by your statement above :think. (Maybe I read that wrong.) Second, you can be very proud of your pattern! It is lovely. I made two of them last year as gifts. :)

I can only imagine how you feel. It's one thing to change someone's pattern. It is unkind to criticize your work as a comparison. If it has something to do with this site, maybe you should consider contacting the moderators. I believe they would be able to help you resolve this the best way possible.

Wishing you a peaceful resolution. I'm sorry this happened to you. :hug

BTW -- I LOVE the fullness of this tree! It is what sets it apart from some of the others online. I think it is beautiful just the way it is. But I would not insult the designers of less full trees either. We all like different things. That is part of the wonderful nature of things! Diversity and variety!
