I made this curtain topper to match my bathroom.

It worked up very fast, I really like how girly it is.

That's just lovely! Where did you find the pattern for that? I'd love to be able to say "oh, those curtains? I made 'em!" ;)

:hug Thank you, everyone. I found the stitch in a book I bought at Wal-Mart and then just made the pattern up to fit my window. I did a few rows of double crochet for the curtain rod pocket and then just did the pattern stitch until it was as long as I wanted it.

That looks amazing! I have wanted to try something like that for my blinds as we have beautiful woodwork for the window frame and dont want to cover it up, but just the blinds hanging there looks so unfinished. Very crafty.

I have the green one: Beginner's Guide Crochet Stitches & Easy Projects.

However the stitch in there is Snapdraon. Is that the same or something different?

I found my book and that's not it. Sooo I went hunting in my Reader's Digest Book of Knitting and Crochet Stitches and they call the stitch Little Shells. I should have kept better notes :blush sorry about that.
