Peppermint Bear

I was about done with these bears for a while, but.... I had an idea last night to make a 'Peppermint Bear'. After looking at a book I recently bought ('Mad About Scraps' by Annie's Attic) and seeing 'peppermint people'; and seeing a really cute candy cane wrapping idea on Mimi's (mimicat's) blog, I got the idea to make a bear like a candy cane:

What do you think? I kinda like it. I was going to buy some red ribbon to tie around the neck. I think I may just have candy cane on the brain or something, but I think it's kinda cute...

I am making another one of these bears. They are both going to visit someone... actually they are both going to live with someone. One is almost ready to go up north of here...
