Does anyone knwo where to buy a pattern for a hook case sewn?

I would love to try my hand at sewing crochet hooks, now do I have to make up my own pattern, or does someone, like Simplicity sell them? Just wanna know before I waste my time going out to look tommorow....something I "think" I could do....think being the key word here

So can someone point me in the right direction please? I KNOW you can buy them made through etsy stores, and ebay, but I wanna do my own material pattern, ya know...

One of the crocheting books I got from the library a few months back had a really cute hook case sewn out of fabric table napkins. I wish I could remember the name of the book... It was one of those learn-to-crochet things with easy beginner patterns.
