Hello everyone!

I'm Kimberly. I'm learning my way away around Crochetville.

I learned to crochet when I was a little girl but then, since my mom did not crochet, I forgot some of the steps for stitches and for a while, was making my own stitches.

Eventually, I stopped crocheting, started and stopped again two or three times, and now I've started again, and have enlisted a cousin to help me with patten reading.

I'm planning to restart a ripple afghan, and have plans for a shawl. I'm also thinking about making a few coasters for work.

I love afghans and I'm thinking about trying a tablecloth at some point.

I'm also looking for pattens for items to wear that are not "heavy."

I also knit, which I'm better at doing, and I'm planning to start scrapbooking...if I ever find the time.

Looking forward to learning and sharing information.
