Mmm, as long as it isn't natural fiber, it should hold up pretty well I'd think. But if it got a little icky, the fish probably wouldn't mind:yuck

OMG, what a great idea. I used to tie flies all the time for fly fishing but never gave it a thought you could crochet them.
