I saw this! They had it on display at the Knitting and Stitching Show in London last October. I was so gobsmacked I just stood there taking pictures of it!

My DH showed me that a while back. I have no idea how well she did in her class, but she did get paid to make other "stitched" cars for other manufacturers. I don't think there's enough money in the world, or enough A's on a transcript, to spend so much time on something like that. Of course, tedium is not my friend either.
