Thrift Store Finds

I got some great deals! a couple of books for 25 cents, a couple of bags of new yarn six skeins in each bag for a dollar, a bag with a bunch of kitchen cotton for a dollar, and something white and loopy for 25 cents that I bought for the sole purpose of (oh no!) frogging it! (this is the first time I have done this!). I think I need some serious help!

Thanks for this thread - reminds me to stop at Goodwill tomorrow after work haven't been there for a while.

I would have never thought to stop at a Goodwill or other thrift store for yarn (guess I can't imagine anyone giving up stash). There's a store right by me, i may have to visit. Right after JoAnn's tomorrow a.m. LOL

Joyce, hope you have some luck at the Goodwill. The Goodwill near me sells yarn at prices equal to Walmart!
