The photos look fine (only you've repeated the last photo so what does snail's trail look like? lol). You've put a bit of work into these Jessie-girl!! How many of the quilt patterns are you going to convert? All in sc is a lot of work. I'd love to see what you do with the classic pinwheel square!

Very nice! I think the snails trail and formal garden are the same picture... :think

Very nice though. Are you going to put them all together in an afghan? With a border, like a real quilt? :hook

Sorry!!..let me redo the pic for Snail's Trail...it's here:

And, I do have the classic pinwheel square in the works, Shell!!

These patterns are worked like graph patterns, all in sc...and they will be some of the first patterns I'll be putting up at my etsy shop...I just want to get brighter pics of a couple of these, then I'll be posting them for purchase and I'll post a link to the shop here...I have a total of just over 60 traditional quilt squares that I've converted to crochet, but I still have to work up the sample piece before I can list most of them...I'm thinking of making them available individually for between $0.50 and $1.00 each, or as a group (like a square of the month club) for a slight discount...also thinking of bunching a few more masculine patterns together as a package deal, and some more baby-themed ones as a package...

Once I get all the samples made up, they will be put together like a patchwork quilt for my queen sized bed...and seeing as there are so many, it might actually wind up being two blankets, one for my bed and one for one of the kids' beds LOL!!

Thanks for looking!!

Facinating that you took a quited pattern and made it into a crocheted pattern. Now I remember somone on here had made, with help from some friends, a quilt afghan. Some squares were from quilts and some were crocheted. It was beautiful the way both went together.

I really like your squares. Great job.:hook

Thanks!! See, I've always loved quilts, but my sewing machine TOTALLY intimidates me...and I thought that ment that I'd never make a quilt of my own so I gave all the books and patterns I'd collected to a friend of mine...then a little over a month ago, I ran across one pattern book that I'd somehow missed and thought..I could crochet that!! And thus, an obsession was born....once I get the squares all worked up, I think I might borrow a couple of those books back from my girlfriend and see if I can't chart out a full quilt (not made from all one square kind of thing)...
