Trinity Stitch Tutorial

Well, this isn't an original pattern, but I figured this was the best place to put where people would see it. :scrachin

Many of you in the 63 Squares Crochet-Along have felt this way about the trinity stitch: :thair So I worked up a tutorial with lots of photos. This should be helpful for anyone doing the trinity stitch, not just our crochet-alongers. I would love your feedback! I'll clarify or improve the tutorial based on what I hear from you guys! :hug

So, here it is, the Trinity Stitch Tutorial. :ducky

This tutorial is AWESOME, guys. It really helps in trying to figure out what exactly how that stitch works. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this, and for going to all of the trouble of taking pictures!

Wow, very helpful! I haven't tried this stitch yet, but I think it will be the next one that I do. The instructions seemed clear to me and the pictures very helpful! I've bookmarked it, thank you!

I made a thin scarf for myself last season with this stitch, and I loved it! ....I lost it somewhere this year...or maybe someone else loved it a lot too! Lol I'll have to make another one, since that one walked away... (how flattering I suppose? :cry )

Wow! Thanks to Sennight for bumping this thread! AC Moore had its grand opening today. I bought a bunch of yarn and this crochet book, which I'm so excited about! So many great squares!!! I was looking through the book and stopped at the trinity square thinking it looked hard! Now I have help!

Thanks for the Tutorial, Donna!

Oh, thank you, thank you!

I was worried about this one. I kept thinking, "if I can't work out how to do #6, there's no way I'll be able to figure out the even harder ones!" :think:yarn I knew most of the rest of the squares involved multiples, so I couldn't even skip it and try the next one to buy time until I had a chance to ask someone.

I'm gonna go try this out right away!:yay
