Rippled skull cap/hat

I love making rippled afghans. I had an idea to make hats this way somehow too.

I used 100% cotton ( Sugar'n Cream or Peaches and Cream yarns).

By turning the hat slightly on your head, you can change the look of how it frames your face.

th_thread002.jpg I like the back. It looks like a flower, starfish, or asterick, (did I spell that right? :lol ).

I made 3 of them. th_thread0055.jpg

They have a nice weight to them.th_thread007.jpg

I think they would be great for chemo patients too.th_thread008.jpg

I was thinking of trying to sell them on e-bay.th_thread010.jpg

They are soft, warm, yet not too bulky or anything.

Don't worry. This is the last picture. LOL!!!!

Why don't you submit the pattern to the 2006 Crochet Calendar? You can call the hats **I'm A Star!** ---PaganBaby69

**I'm A Star!** :lol I like how you added the asterisks, (yes, I looked up how to spell it finally).

PaganBaby69, how do I submit the pattern for the 2006 calendar?

racerose, I like the green one best too. :)

They really could be done all in one color, but I like to switch off the colors to make the ripples really show off. I think these would be for people who want to stand out in a crowd for sure! :lol
