Princess Pumpkinsleeves - oh dear

I wanted to try a yellow version of Princess Clematia but it didn't go quite as I had hoped.  I ran out of the yellow at the end of the skirt and we haven't even thought about the fact that it is Worsted Weight instead of SW.

 

 

I thought the brown would work but it didn't follow the program and look wonderful.

 

I couldn't find any yarn that would work as the ch mesh overskirt

 

The orange seemed like a good idea at the time

 

Well, if we can't laugh at ourselves ...

Well, when you look at it for a while, it looks like she came right out of a pumpkin patch. Cute.

You just need to find the right accessory to pull it all together.    I actually like the pumpkin sleeves and think they would be cute with a "pumpkin" skirt.

Yes I think so too.  I bought some SW yellow today to see what I can make it do.
