My Critron

Finally, the maddening Critron is done! And once I started over (I had to completely undo my first attempt at this pattern because I lost my place and would up skipping the crucial decrease row and had twice as many stitches as I needed--in the fourth section), it only took two weeks. It's made from some gorgeous Malabrigo Lace in oceanos that AuntBubbels gave me in a swap last year (:hug:hug), and was my first experience using lace weight yarn. It took 1.5 skeins of the Malabrigo. I love how this shawlette came out! The pattern is Critron, and despite the gritted teeth and moans I had while making it, I recommend it (I think they were all lace yarn related, not pattern related).

Thank you, Aunt Bubbels! I love my Critron!

I have been trying for twenty minutes to upload photos, and the 'ville won't let me. It's telling me these are not valid files--?? I'm including a link to the photos on m blog, where I had no trouble uploading the photos. Critron photos.
