Produce Bags

I was getting tired of those stupid plastic bags at the store's that your to put your produce it yet I can't get them open. When I do get them open they rip etc...So here is what I made to replace those plastic bags..

 

and I made this style too after I made the orange one I decided I wanted it more bowl style to if you have tomatoes they don't get squished...

Very cute but at my grocery store they sell fruit and veggies by weight....would this effect that?

The yarn used to make this takes less then 4 oz.. so you would have about 3.5oz yarn weight...I used mine recently to get tomatillos 4 lbs I got just under 4 if I had added 1 more even small tomatillo it would have been over which I had some big tomatillo's..At the register they asked if I wanted them weighted in the bag or out...
