Chain stitch triangular shawl with tassels

This shawl is my second crochet project.

 

I took the idea for this project from here:http://yarnoverlounge.com/catalog/in...products_id=23.

 

I would have to pay to get the pattern, and couldn't do that (SA currency quite weak!), so, I messed around for a few days working things out, but in my own way. I eventually got the shawl to work nicely in a v-shape. I decided not to stitch my trebles into the top of the previous row of trebles - decided it would take a very long time to finish my project; so instead, I stitched my trebles onto the horizontal chains in between the other trebles.

 

I then made the tassles 10" long and beaded in glass and silver beads, so that the tassles have a shimmer to them!

 

I am going to crochet up another one for my daughter, and this time i'm going to get it even more perfect.
