I don't know if this is any kind of faux pas, but I saw this post on a visit to Craftster and just had to share it back home in Crochetville...

These are really pretty, inexpensive to make, and easy to use. I love them!

They are easy to make!! Haven't seen them before.. Just been using paper clips.

Those are mine, mimi-mia! I'm glad you liked them enough to post them here. I don't know why I didn't.

 

I like them a lot for regular type yarns, but have been having trouble with snagging on this Bernat boucle I've started a scarf with.

I think the fix for that would be to make the middle part bigger--the part you bend over the mandrel.

 

I also did a couple with beads, but don't like them at all! When it comes to the stitch marker swap I'm going to ask my partner what she wants. I can't find the memory wire in ring size anywhere in town so will have to order some and see if I like that style. I just love sterling silver though!

Hey there. I was updating my website last night and there was so much to upload I just switched folders instead of trying to figure out what was already up, and I guess the stitch markers were in the other folder.
