Ok I bought these 4 colors. I want to use them all in a afghan. but i'm stumped on a pattern to make with them,

anyone have any patterns perfect for 4 colors? I thought at first a big granny afghan.. but I realy dont want to do one, and I don't feel up to another Ripple, i'd like a realy nice afghan out of them as they are realy neat colors.

Here are some ideas that I think would look nice with your colors:

Amish Basket Quilt -- http://happyyellowhouse.com/htm/basket.html

Autumn Glow Afghan -- http://www.freevintagecrochet.com/afghans/autumn-glow-afghan-pattern.html

Autumn Log Cabin -- http://www.coatsandclark.com/Crafts/Crochet/Projects/AfghansThrows/WR1846+Autumn+Log+Cabin+Throw.htm (This one actually has 6 colors but maybe you could adjust).

Corner to Corner Afghan -- http://web.************/web/20031205063846/http://www.thesmartyarns.com/patterns/Nov00/cornertocorner.html (This is only 3 colors but it is a nice one to use a vareigated & two solids)

Fall Hexagon Afghan http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/80441AD.html (Has 5 colors but you could easily make it just 4)

Flamenco Fling Afghan -- http://redheart.com/Libraries/ProductDocuments/773/WR1853.pdf (This would look nice in your fall colors too)

How about a "Kitties in a Row" afghan?

Here are the directions for a baby-sized afghan....just increase it to make it larger.

http://gingerschatz.blogspot.com/2010/04/kitties-in-row-afghan.html

Funny you should say that, I was thinkin that.. but was not sure its the rite choice.

I have a few skanes left of the Teal and linen color from my Riipple and im praticing the Kitty in a row pattern, I think my gauge is to loose as i realy don't see the kitty's,

I'm thinking That pattern is better suited for bright vibrant colors., but still I may still do it with these....

I think that pattern is perfect with the colors you have. Can't wait to see it when you make it.
