A diaper wreath

I had a friend ask me to make this because she had a friend that wanted. She never came to pay for it so I have it stored right now. These are fun to make.

How did you do that? I've made diaper cakes but not wreaths and I'd like to make one for the hospital room door when my sister has her baby in Feb.
