I'm still new here, so I'm not sure if this person is here on Crochetville, but I'd love to know. I've totally been inspired. Patricia Harris posted her work on Lionbrand.com. Here's a link to pictures of an afghan she made.

Wow! All this time I have been going to yarn sites and did not know customers had posted pictures. Yikes! A whole other area to be lured to and tempted. Absolutely amazing afghan.

Oh my goodness that is beyond belief! To think of the talent, time and patience that had to have gone into making that beautiful afghan is more than I can fathom. I really admire her work.

I agree, it's a beautiful piece and does a lot to highlight what can be done through this medium.

 

Were I to do something like that though, it would be for hanging on the wall, I don't want to think of the damage that three dogs and two cats would do to it. Come to think of it, I think I have the perfect space!
