I need a pattern-please help

Recommended Posts

I've checked all my favorite sites and I'm getting nowhere. I need a pattern to crochet a doll for my grandson. He's taken to carrying DH's bobble head dolls around as babies! I'd like him to have something softer and safer to play with. He loves anything crocheted-it's all blankies or dresses to him......lol. Everything I can find is for teeny tiny dolls or for clothes for dolls. I need something that will work up to be about 12 inches tall, maybe 15 inches. Soft, huggable, with good facial features. It has to be easily recognized as a baby. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Thanks so much!

I remembered seeing one on Ravelry before - turns out this person has the pattern for sale in her Etsy shop, its a VERY cute boy doll named "Seth":

If you are looking for a free pattern, check Lion Brand for the "Bryan" boy doll.

Hope that helps!

How about a fireman bear. On Freepatterns.com they have a cute fireman bear that you can make without the sheild. Also try Control Pattern Central.:hook

I think you meant crochet pattern central, look under toys or dolls.
